A visitor should not have to think of the first question. The assistant opens with the four a stranger asks anyway: what gets built here, how it would work for their business, what setup looks like, and whether there is a real example to look at.
It answers from a written brief about the business rather than from general knowledge, so it can only say what is actually offered. A second route renders the same chat full-screen with nothing around it, which is how it gets dropped into somebody else's site instead of living on this one.
